Rebirth wipes your cash and upgrade progress in exchange for a permanent money bonus. Each cycle starts faster than the last — that speedup is the whole point.

When to rebirth
Rebirth when the current cycle has slowed: upgrades cost more than PIT income feeds, and the permanent bonus would clearly shorten the rebuild. Do not reset just because the button is available.

Rebirth Milestones (UPDATE #2)
Milestones add late-game rewards — including the Ascension Egg — on top of the money bonus, so rebirth count itself becomes a progression axis. Check the milestone track before deciding to push one more floor instead of resetting.

The rebuild plan
Before resetting, write the rebuild order: codes → first cash loop → the two upgrades that always pay off. A rebirth with a plan is a speedup; a rebirth without one is a restart.
