Trait locking
Reported mechanics let you lock a trait so the fusion result keeps it. Lock the trait you are actually chasing (an egg-lay rate, a special) rather than the highest number on the card.

Targets worth saving for
Community meta pairs 404 Chick with Inverted chickens or Voodoo (Doll Hen) for endgame builds. Both ingredients are rare — start holding fusion stock early instead of selling duplicates.

Fusion discipline
Never fuse a route-unlocker (Viking Chicken, Agent Cluck) just to experiment. Fusion is irreversible; record what you fused and what you got so the next attempt starts from data.
