What to incubate
Incubate your route eggs — the branch you are currently pushing — not filler. If you are chasing Astro Chick, Thunder Eggs go in; if the Colossal budget is ready, that goes in.

Upgrade levels
Incubator upgrades raise storage and reportedly the luck boost. Weight upgrades against the same cash competing for PIT gear — pick whichever constraint is actually limiting your loop.
